Zane is an Industrial Specialist at Aquila Commercial and specializes in assisting clients interested in leasing, purchasing or selling Industrial real estate. He began his real estate career at HPI Corporate Services where he gained experience in the Central Texas commercial real estate market as an Industrial Tenant Representative. Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, Zane served as a software engineer as well as a technical marketing engineer in the semiconductor industry. With a technical background, Zane brings his analytical skill set to every transaction.
Zane has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas in Austin. He had a successful collegiate career in track and field at The University of Texas and additionally as an elite-level athlete on the professional circuit.
Zane was recently listed in the Austin Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” list for Industrial brokers, as well as awarded the CoStar Power Broker award. He is currently an active member of central Texas Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA).
